| Description |
| The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) is seeking qualified firms to provide monitoring services of RIPTA’s transit operations to ensure compliance with all Americans with Disabilities Act rules (ADA) and to ensure our riders are receiving consistent quality service.
The successful firm will develop a monitoring program to ensure all drivers have been monitored at least once in a four-month period. There are currently 424 bus operator positions budgeted and another 116 paratransit operators budgeted. Actual employee counts are varying due to hiring challenges.
